In December 2019 Redbourn Auto Solutions kindly donated a 15 foot Christmas tree to go on the Common opposite the Parish Centre and The Community Christmas Tree Decorating Event was born!

Since then, the event has gone from strength to strength surviving covid restrictions being outdoors and we are now on to a 20 foot tree!

Redbourn Community Christmas Tree Decorating takes place every year at the end of November/beginning of December from 4-5pm, and this year will take place on Saturday, 24th November. We invite residents to join us in decorating our beautiful Christmas tree. We will also be offering free mulled wine, hot chocolate and mince pies so don't miss it! It is a really magical event for the children, especially when the lights of the tree turn on around 4.30pm!

We save any decorations which have survived the weather from previous years and you can either reuse one from the box or bring along a new decoration which is suitable for outdoor use - no tinsel please.
