Redbourn Against Greenbelt Erosion (RAGE)
Redbourn Against Greenbelt Erosion (RAGE) is a working party that was formed in response to the draft Local Plan process of St Albans District Council. In this development plan, 3,100 new houses are proposed in Redbourn Parish on 85 hectares (210 acres) of local greenbelt.
Redbourn Parish Council has objected to this extensive loss of greenbelt and has submitted its response to the Local Plan public consultation and 'examination in public' by the government inspectors.
This working party will continue to monitor the progress of the draft Local Plan and raise objections as appropriate. Latest news is posted on the RAGE Facebook page
